Description
VEGAFLOOR® is an easy-to-apply, high-performance, single-component, water-based sealant with optimum mechanical and chemical resistance, including to ammonia-based products.
Its formula makes it NON-slip.
VEGAFLOOR® is colourless and odourless and does not yellow over time.

Can be applied to all types of wood normally used for this type of work.
Recommendations before application
To avoid deep scratches caused by sanding, carry out a test sanding with a floor sander
a parquet sander with 40 or 50 grit.
- Depending on the visual result obtained, continue gradually with a finer grit up to no. 80
or 100 grit, or start with a coarser grit (< 40 grit) for a dirty floor that has not been smoothed.
- Use an edger for the edges and a scraper or chisel for the corners.
- If necessary, fill cracks < 2 mm with LIANFLOOR®* and sand again with grain 80 or 100 grit, depending on the last grit used.
- Finish with finishing sanding to grit sizes 120 to 150 depending on the species and thickness of the wear layer.

Application
- Shake the product well with a spatula. Use a spiral mixer if necessary.
Allow to stand for a few minutes before applying.
- Apply a first even, full coat of VEGAFLOOR®. Apply 3 cross strokes
in one application, facing the light and starting on the side opposite the door
so as to progress towards it.
- Start at the edges and work across the entire surface in 2 m x 2 m zones.
- Do not open windows during application to avoid drying too quickly.
- Leave to dry for 3 to 4 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
- Squeegee (150 to 180 grit) then remove dust thoroughly.
- Apply the 2nd coat of VEGAFLOOR®. Do not allow more than 12 hours between the 2 coats.
Allow to stand for a few minutes before applying.
