The personal data you provide to us is necessary for processing information requests. They are intended for the DURIEU group and its subsidiaries and may be transmitted to their service providers, contractually linked partners. Unless you object, they may be used for personalized services, commercial proposals, surveys, and statistics. The tools used by Groupe Durieu and its service providers to process this data are kept up to date to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal Data Charter

The personal data collected in the context of registering your account are processed by Groupe Durieu for the following purposes:

For our e-commerce site (www.owatrol.com)

- proper consideration of your order

- tracking and delivery of your order

- billing

- if necessary, sending you commercial communications about our products and services, unless you object, to the Data Protection Officer. 

The personal data requested from you are all mandatory. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your order.

From 25 May 2018, you have the right to request the portability of your personal data to the extent permitted by law, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and may request the limitation of the processing of your data.

Account data is kept as long as the account is active and then archived in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Data relating to a transaction is kept until the end of the transaction and then archived for the period required by applicable legal requirements.

COOKIE POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, we inform you of our policy regarding the collection and processing of cookies:

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
