Description
TROPITECH® "All in One" is a high-quality 100% semi-transparent acrylic finish designed to seal wood effectively, offering resistance against moisture, rot, and decay. Infused with a potent fungicide, it also combats mildew growth while its powerful UV screener shields against harmful ultraviolet rays, thereby slowing down the natural aging (silvering) process of wood. The TROPITECH® system creates a strong bond both within and on the wood, resulting in a durable, glossy finish that not only protects but also enhances the wood's appearance, beauty, and natural character. With the TROPITECH® system, both preparation and finishing can be accomplished on the same day.

Application
• Ensure the surface is cool to the touch before applying the first coat of TROPITECH® “ALL IN ONE”. If the surface is hot, cool it with water and then apply the first coat to the cooled, wet surface. Remove any puddles of water just before application.
• Apply additional coats to a dry surface. Do not re-wet the surface after the first application.
• Thoroughly stir TROPITECH® “ALL IN ONE” before and periodically during application.
• Apply a liberal first coat of TROPITECH® “ALL IN ONE”.
• Allow the first coat to dry.
• Apply the second coat as soon as the first coat is dry.
• After the second coat is dry, inspect the finish. If it has a uniform sheen and lustre, the proper amount of material was applied. If the finish looks blotchy or lacks uniformity, apply a third coat of TROPITECH® “ALL IN ONE”.
• For heavy traffic areas such as walkways, decks, docks, or for better resistance, a third coat should be applied.
• Note: In cold areas such as the UK, Northern Europe, and North America, it is recommended to add 25% of OWATROL® E-B by volume to the first coat of TROPITECH® “ALL IN ONE” to achieve optimal adhesion.
