Cleaning siding, terrace, shutters, garden furniture soiled or dirtied by weather. Also eliminates surface black spots (mold, pollen, pollution...).
Degrease / clean new or old wood before applying a finish (saturators, varnishes, paints...).
Clean / degrease:
Gray wood while preserving its natural gray surface appearance.
Hydrophobic wood.
Effective on all resinous and exotic woods, including Red Cedar. Compatible with heat-treated, pressure-treated, composite woods...
Note: SOAPCLEAN is neither a graying agent nor a de-oiler. It does not eliminate the natural surface gray or ingrained gray. In these two cases, use NET-TROL or AQUANETT.

Recommendations before application
Pre-clean dirt with a vacuum cleaner or broom on horizontal surfaces.
Wait at least 15 days after finishing (oil, varnish, saturators, stains, paint, etc.) before the first cleaning with SOAPCLEAN.
Protect anything that should not be cleaned.
Do not use undiluted in this type of application.

Application
For indoor parquets: Mix 2 caps of SOAPCLEAN in 10 liters of water (preferably lukewarm).
For outdoor wood: Mix 4 caps of SOAPCLEAN in 10 liters of water (preferably lukewarm).
For indoor parquets: Apply using a well-wrung microfiber cloth to avoid puddles of water. Let it dry. No rinsing required.
For outdoor wood: Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
