Recommendations before application
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, and other surface contaminants.
Remove any loose and flaking rust with a wire brush. Severely rusted surfaces may require more intense methods such as grinding or sand/grit blasting to prepare the surface for treatment.

Application
Do not dilute. Stir well before use.
Apply RUST CONVERTER directly to the surface. Ensure to apply a maximum of two coats, spacing them at least a few hours apart to allow proper drying.
The treated rust will turn a dark color, close to black, indicating the effectiveness of the product.
Finish with a paint of your choice. For special- and two-pack paints, a preliminary test is recommended to ensure compatibility.
