Properties
This coating is applicable on all properly prepared non-ferrous supports to create a reactive layer to the action of RUST SPIRIT. This activator reacts with the metallic particles of the REACTIV LEAF RUST and creates natural Rust decorative effects. Odorless.
Destination
REACTIV LEAF RUST can be applied on all surfaces (non-ferrous) that are properly prepared, sound, clean, and dry.
For difficult-to-adhere surfaces (plastic, glass, ceramic, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, etc.), the prior application of ABSOLUTE PRIMER is necessary.
For surfaces sensitive to acids (certain plastics, tannic woods such as Oak, Chestnut, etc.), prior application of BLOCKING PRIMER is necessary.
DECORATION TIP
Applying with a brush using a dabbing motion allows for creating a very natural relief rust effect (see video).

Apply a generous coat of REACTIV LEAF RUST using a brush or roller (medium nap) to cover the surface.
A second coat may be necessary if areas of deficiency appear after drying (minimum 6 hours).
The product can be applied with a brush or roller with short or medium nap depending on the surface texture.
Apply the product between 5°C and 25°C in the absence of adverse weather conditions and residual humidity.
