Recommendations before application
• Before starting, check the chosen shade on a small area (wait for drying).
• Protect everything that should not be treated, including plants.
• Apply between +5°C and +35°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on very hot wood.
• The relative humidity should be around 50% for optimal drying. Comply with current standards and DTU. The wood moisture should not exceed 18%.
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours.
• Always finish at the level of a plank or a natural break, such as a door or window.
• On vertical surfaces, it is advisable to work from top to bottom.
• Do not let it dry between coats.
• In case of application with a spray gun, smooth with a brush as you go.

Application
Do not dilute. Mix the product well before and during application.
On a prepared surface, apply a generous layer of TEXTROL® in the direction of the wood grain and along the entire length of the board, focusing on the ends.
Apply a second layer when the wood no longer appears wet (approximately 15 to 30 minutes). Never let it dry between coats. Apply "wet on wet." Repeat the process until the wood is saturated (when the wood refuses further absorption).
Smooth out any excess product (or wipe it off) before drying to avoid any drips or shine marks: TEXTROL® should penetrate the wood and not remain on the surface.
If applying with a spray gun, smoothing is always recommended to improve penetration and achieve a uniform appearance.
Note: For terrace and pontoon use: normal traffic can resume after 48/72 hours depending on climatic conditions.
