H4 WOOD & STONE is a clear, waterproof protection designed for both wood and stone surfaces. Formulated without silicone and incorporating the innovative technology PARAFLUOROSILANE (PFS), H4 WOOD & STONE shields wood and stone from environmental damage. With its hydrophobic properties, it repels water, allowing wood to naturally age while safeguarding against water infiltration, mold, pollution, and more. By stabilizing the wood's lignin, H4 WOOD & STONE helps prolong the service life of the wood. Ideal for stone surfaces, it seals and fortifies even the most delicate surfaces, aiding in the prevention of dirt and algae buildup. Completely transparent, H4 WOOD & STONE has no impact on the color or appearance of the treated surface.
Properties
Water Repellent: Shields the surface from water infiltration, mold, pollution, and dirt.
Hydrophobic: Repels water effectively.
Hybrid System: Silicone-free, allowing for easy overcoating with any finish without requiring stripping.
Can be blended with water-based finishes (paint, stain) at 10 to 20% (maximum 20%) to enhance water repellency.
Add 10% to a water-based saturator/penetrating finish for optimal performance.
Completely Colorless: Maintains the original color and appearance of the surface.
Non-Film Forming: Permits natural greying of wood while preserving its internal structure.
Ideal for maintaining and protecting weathered wood (greyed).
No UV Protection: Does not prevent wood from greying.
pH Neutral: Safe for use on any substrate, including fragile ones.
Enhances Self-Cleaning: Preserves the natural appearance and facilitates easier cleaning.
Colorless protection suitable for all types of stone, reducing dirt and air pollution buildup on porous mineral substrates.

Application
Apply H4 WOOD & STONE without dilution. Ensure a generous application and allow it to dry for 24 hours. Once fully dry, perform a water drop test by sprinkling water on the surface. If the water beads, the surface is adequately protected. If not, apply another generous coat of H4 WOOD & STONE to ensure complete protection.
