Description
AQUATROL® is a biobased, water-based saturating finish, perfect for weathered wood on decking and cladding made from softwoods such as cedar, Douglas fir, larch, and pressure-treated wood.
Its gel consistency allows for easy, non-drip application, providing long-lasting protection while preserving the natural look of the wood. Thanks to its biobased formulation, partly derived from renewable raw materials.
AQUATROL® combines performance with a reduced environmental footprint. It offers a clear, matt, oily finish that is resistant to UV exposure, ensuring that the wood does not darken over time.

Application
Generously apply 2 to 3 coats of AQUATROL® ‘fresh on fresh’ using a brush, roller or spray gun (smoothing recommended in the latter case) until the wood is saturated. When the milky appearance of the first coat begins to disappear (approximately 15 to 30 minutes), apply the second coat without delay. Never leave to dry between coats.
At the end of the application, simply wipe and brush off any product that has not been absorbed. Pay particular attention to the ends of wood, which tend to absorb water and humidity; saturate them well to waterproof them and avoid the risk of water infiltration.
Refer to the instructions on the packaging.
