Description
TEXTROL® HES is a single-coat saturator for softwoods. Developed with a high dry extract technology capable of penetrating deeply into the wood, TEXTROL® HES insulates and provides protection against weathering while enhancing its grain and natural beauty.

Destination
• Exterior: chalets, claddings, terraces, fences, garden sheds...
• Treated softwoods (pressure-treated, THT excluding oil heating) or untreated.

Recommendations before application
• Before starting, check the chosen shade on a small surface (wait for drying).
• Protect everything that should not be treated, including plants.
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on very hot wood.
• The relative humidity should be around 50% for optimal drying. Comply with current standards and DTU regulations. The wood moisture content should not exceed 18%.
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours.
• Always finish at the level of a plank or a natural break like a door or a window.
• It is recommended to work from top to bottom.
• If applying with a spray gun, smooth with a brush as you go.
• Protect everything that should not be treated, including plants.
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on very hot wood.

Application
Do not dilute. Mix the product well before and during application.
Apply a generous coat of TEXTROL® HES in the direction of the wood grain and along the entire length of the board.
Wait for 15 to 30 minutes, then smooth out any excess to improve penetration and achieve a uniform appearance.
If applying with a spray gun, immediate smoothing is always recommended to improve penetration and achieve a uniform appearance.
For terrace and pontoon use: normal traffic can resume after 48/72 hours.
