Description

Give your boat hulls a quality polish that stands the test of time with MARINE POLYTROL®. This renovator, designed for your exposed plastic materials, revives the colors and appearance of dull hulls that have been exposed to external aggressions. It provides them with shine, resistance, and restores the brilliance of your materials, bringing them back to their original appearance.

Ideal for boat maintenance.

Properties

Revives the color and appearance of dull hulls. Restores shine to polished metals, chrome, and stainless steel.
Over time, due to exposure to the elements, the surface of these supports and finishes becomes dull, chalky, and loses its luster. Unlike traditional complicated and tedious polishing methods, MARINE POLYTROL® restores their original shine in minutes.
Penetrating and wetting:

Leaves no surface film: no risk of flaking. Acts deep within the support, regenerating it from the inside.
Resin-rich:
Fills all the micro-cavities of the support, waterproofs it, and ensures long-lasting protection. Effective on plexiglass.
Restores the surface layer in a lasting way. Silicone-free.
Multifunctional:
Removes rust stains on stainless steel (use an abrasive pad).
Restores tarnished anodized aluminum masts. Removes white rust.
Revives the color and appearance of dulled gelcoats.

Recommendations before application

Treat small areas at a time to avoid any uncontrolled drying of MARINE POLYTROL® and thus the formation of harmful film.
Avoid applying on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Work on clean, dry surfaces free from grease or silicone stains.
If cleaning is necessary, use a solvent or a water + detergent mixture on metal.
On plastic, preferably use DECK CLEANER* (NET-TROL®*). Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry for at least 12 hours.
Mask off areas that are not to be treated.
Always perform a preliminary test.

Application

Dull hulls:

Apply a coat of MARINE POLYTROL® saturatingly with a soft brush on the clean surface.
Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove the excess product by wiping it with a clean, lint-free cloth to prevent surface film formation.
To shine the hull, gently polish the surface with a sheepskin or a cloth.
